ADVICE AND ECOURAGEMENT FOR THE NEW REGIONAL AND NATIONAL ECASARD-LEADERS
From founding member phillip Adusei- poku,  Western Region. He says:

  • ‘’Leadership is not a beauty contest neither a popularity race, but a challenge to impact significantly on people in a positive way’’
  • ‘’Think Ingo’’ to build a solid foundation that ‘’does not break down in the   face of the slightest setback’’.. every leader will meet physical and emotional challenges (gossiping, insult and even nicknames, but also desperation due to lack of solidarity and mutual trust) ‘’ a good leader is the first target for internal and external attacks’’
  • Leaders’ duties are to solicit and harmonize the co-operation of people with different attitudes, beliefs, ambitions and dreams’’
  • ‘’Sacrifices will be expected from you’’, in case of troubles some leaders become the sacrificial lamb. See your role a patient servant  not expecting thanks or gratitude and never ‘’descend to the gutter where your followers are’’
  • Your way of life has to meet the group’s expectations, some might mistake you for a ‘’ messiah, redeemer or mentor’’
  • Modern  leaderships  is not comfort,  given orders and decision making .it means to ask the right questions, Listen carefully, plan and teamwork diligently and build consensus leaders in our Ecumenical Association should follow moral and spiritual imperatives, Like ‘’ absolute love’’ Which are values acceptable and shared by all the world’s major religions.
